Definitely go on the snorkeling tour to Hol Chan an Shark Ray Alley with the Ramon crew. An amazing experience with very knowledgeable staff. We will definitely go back!"

"David at reception helped promptly and professionally with an electrical problem When we arrived. It was fixed very quickly.Karen was a huge help with scheduling and then rescheduling a great snorkel trip. Cleaning staff was fabulous. "Prior to arriving the staff was very helpful with scheduling the local flights and supplying information on excursions and meal options. Upon arrival everything was easy and well organized. The pick up, boat ride and check in were all seamless. I would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place to relax.
