"The hotel was in a lovely location around 20 minutes from St Helier by bus. The bus stop is just outside, and the bus service is very frequent and reliable. All the staff were wonderful, and I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I revisit Jersey. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...

"From arrival to departure we were made to feel welcome the staff are superb nothing is too much trouble. The food is absolutely delicious perfectly presented and portioned. The rooms are very comfortable the bed linen is superb plenty of tea and coffee. All in all this hotel is deserving it’s four star rating plus another, thanks to all management and staff for making our stay special."
