This trip has been exceptional, the city is beautiful and after lots of excursions and lots of walking we realised how perfect the hotel is located. "Very helpful and friendly staff. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but near enough to walk to all the main attractions. Great breakfast and the room was tidied every day. "

"Location wise this hotel is absolutely perfect the most we had to walk the entire holiday was 15-20 mins. Couldn't be in a better location. Staff were very friendly as well and the hotel was very clean. The only negative was the old style windows mean the noise from outside the room is very very loud even into the early hours of the morning. Even with this it is an excellent choice for a city break in Florence "

"This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical. The rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, the service is top notch. I would not hesitate another visit to this splendid property.
