"Everything is perfect. Very new hotel. Very clean room. Gym to exercise. Location is very convenient. Breakfast is way beyond expectation. The only thing is their laundry room hour is from 8am to 10pm. It typically take 2 hours for a washer and dryer cycle. When I go at 10:10 pm to get the clothes out from the dryer, the laundry room is already locked. I feel they can easily extend the hours for the laundry room to make it more convenient for the guests. Or maybe don't locked the room if there...

"War eigentlich ein gutes Hotel ( Pension mit Bar ) Kritik wollten einmal nach Rückkehr um ca 21 20 noch einen Kaffee trinken an der Bar . Ging nicht da Kaffeemaschine bereits gereinigt sei ! Geht gar nicht! Bar schliesst übrigens erst um 24 00 und es hatte sehr wenig Gäste . Das entspricht nicht einem 4 Stern Service . Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung . Zimmerrservice genügend . Immer aus der Sicht von 4 Sternservice und Zimmerpreis . "

"Staff are so helpful and nice! No need to even ask for luggage help, the amazing porters come to you right away when they see you with bags. Top notch service. Everything was so smooth staying here. The rooftop with pool has such an amazing view, up close of Santa Croce and the whole city spread out before you. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’d like to be more towards the less crowded Santa Croce area away from super central central stazione or Duomo area."
