"This is a conveniently located hotel with very good service and lovely staff. However, the hotel needs some updating. I had a premier room which looked like it was last updated in the 90’s. Especially the bathroom - the toilet flush stopped working a couple of times and there was always a waft of sewage that you could even smell from the bedroom. "

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"The check in was very fast and I have to thank the front desk management for their appropriate response to my suggestion over the past few months. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a top notch suite for which I am most grateful. I also took the opportunity to have a casual but intimate dinner in the G/F restaurant. I shall be back !! "
