"Really beautiful location next to the Nile. Bungalow was spacious and comfortable. Food locally sourced was really tasty. Everything had been thought of for a place to recharge batteries. Great staff and opportunities for local walks with guides. Felt really safe. Picture windows look out over the falls. I’d far rather come here than any expensive Kampala hotel"

"The hotel staff were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. They even helped my fiancé plan his marriage proposal and provided a beautiful candlelight table display and flowers. It was so special. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious!! And evening dinners too. The pool is really clean and fresh. And I had a massage which was great. "The food was horrible if you are not a fish eater you could go with out food. Warning the chicken curry is full of bones broken and sharp. Our complementary breakfast never came. they have 3 items on there dinner menu and you still have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for it to arrive. When you go to check out they had no credit card machine so that added a layer of difficulty to the stay. "

"God mat, hyggelig personale, men det tok nesten 1time før vi fikk maten etter bestillingen. Men det var værte å vente pga maten smakte kjempe godt. De har ikke mosquite nets, derfor barn mitt ble bitte av mosquites og fikk allergi reaksjon og mot til sykehus/clinic."

"No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment."
