"Good Property (some rooms) has an excellent seafront location. Average/Bad Property is spread out, so if anyone has issues in walking, it could be a problem. Even otherwise during the daytime, walking the distance from the room to the restaurant in the sun can be quite a pain. The Restaurant “O Gosto” did only buffet at night and there was no a la carte available. Property is new and has a few apparent teething issues such as delays in food service, telephone for ordering in room dining...

"I arrived at the property just after 12noon, I was told ‘check in is after 1, can you please wait over there’ I can’t remember the last time I could not check in early (See my trip adviser review on Surat Marriott). "Service was not good .Ac not working and fixed one temperature , reception is not responding to calls and fixing issue such as Tv in both room not working ; Even after several calls not attended by any one ... Door lock is not working in one room everytime have to ask for room service for opening the door seems they are not interested to repair it . Only restaurant food quality is good and location is nice . Overpriced , under staffed , mismanaged hotel."

"The hotel staff needs to be better trained, check-in process was lousy and long with not too many guests either! The manager took an undue advantage by charging us extra on top of what we paid due to occupancy issue. Employees didn’t look excited for their job, room service was late and had to follow up couple times! The list goes on and on. We experienced in one night stay - so think twice before staying here"

"Pathetic service levels. Check in took forever and we were made to wait 2 hours for checking in (despite arriving after the designated check in time). Room service was horrible. Some stuff we ordered for dinner never arrived even after we finished our dinner. Such service is not expected by a hotel charging upwards of INR 10k per night.The only positive for this hotel was the view. "
