"Staff very helpful, allowed us an early check in. Room was small- but that is what I booked - was clean & comfortable, nice amenities. Restaurant & bar available - very good service. Will stay again. Convenient - grocery sore & pharmacy nearby, as well as McDonalds. Was able to walk to cruise ship - about 15 minutes. "

"Lovely hotel. Staff were so friendly. 2 small gripes; I expected a more modern TV to be able to cast to, sink in the bathroom was completely blocked and wouldn't drain at all. Other than that, great stay."

"Unfortunately there was a leak from the toilet in our room which we reported but it wasn’t fixed and we’re were not offered another room ! Breakfast day 1 was very good but on the subsequent 3 mornings it was disappointing! However, the ambience on the hotel was relaxed and staff were all very polite and nice. "Beautiful wooden panels in reception and main staircase. Beautiful area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Massage and spa facilities were good. We had a massage and paid extra to use the spa. The only downfall was an uncomfortable bed. "
