"This is quite an amazing hotel with regards to facilities, choice of food and drink, comfort and general ambience. However there were a few things which made me question the professionalism. Firstly 2 days before my arrival i reciver an email saying that despite me booking my holiday over 6.months ago, that there was no room for me and i would be allocated a room at another hotel 7km away. "Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal äußerst freundlich und stehen bei Fragen gerne zur Verfügung. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Es ist alles sehr nah und auch zu fuß erreichbar. Love Bridge und die Sea Caves sind nur max. 3 Minuten entfernt und auch die Hauptstraße ist in max. 8-10 Minuten erreichbar. "My fiance and I had a very enjoyable stay at Cosmo. The staff were exceptional! Especially Despina and the other lady that worked the same shift (sorry I have forgotten her name). They were super friendly, chatty, always asking how our day was, suggesting places to go. Honestly we could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A truly wonderful stay and amazing staff!!!! So thank you to them for making our holiday even more beautiful!!!"

"The hotel is in a pretty location, right on Nissi Beach. The beach was extremely busy, but with beautiful sand and crystal clear waters. The pool was basic but fine, but perhaps the coldest I have every experienced! The room was fine. Clean, modern. The bathroom was recently refurbished to a good quality.
