"Staff was great and hotel was beautiful. Food was good but could be better. Because we traveled during the holiday busy week, it took us an hr to get to downtown la Fortuna. So, most nights we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. It would be nice if things stayed open later like the hot springs and kids club, etc. But the service was exceptional. Free laundry machines to wash your clothes and shoe dryer was a bonus! "

"We loved the property. We had two Club Suites and they were spacious and each had two full baths! Our concierge was so helpful and so attentive to little details. The golf course was beautiful and in great condition. If you are a foodie, don't go there with high expectations, though. The resort's restaurants are "good" but not exceptional. The resort is super clean and the staff is friendly and super-accommodating. Would not recommend GO Costa Rica for transports. They are expensive. ...

"We had a lovely stay. As someone traveling without children, it’s nice to have an adult pool separate from family pool. The staff are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Although the property restaurants had some nice local options, I was disappointed with restaurant menu options throughout the area. I suppose this is an effort to cater to tourists. Italian food on every menu… I found that strange."
