"One night, while visiting an account nearby, and I loved this hotel a LOT. (I'm usually partial to Res Inn.) I stay in hotels at least 3 nights a week. The mattress is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The towels were lg and super soft. Friendly staff. Restaurants nearby. Clean and spacious room. I will def stay again when I'm in this area. "

"The check in was not great as they pre authorized by credit card twice then told me the transactions failed despite my showing them the text that said it was cleared. I was on the phone with my Amex to prove to them that the charges went through and they refused me saying loudly that the transaction failed twice. I was displeased with the front desk all together. "

"What a great find! This hotel has been redone and is super clean! Breakfast was simple but a great selection of bagels and coffee. Good location to Mystic or a great place to stop for the night. We were pleasantly surprised for the price!"
