"This is a beautiful old hotel with classic marble and wood decor, which does show its age a bit but in a charming way. The location is close to the station which was handy for an early flight. The rooms was a very good size for Amsterdam, it was well equiped with good coffee, excellent bathroom. The price was very good for this quaility of hotel. Above all the staff were fantastic. I would definately stay here again, and recommend it to others."

"A very well placed hotel with great amenities. The pizza machine was fascinating. Sadly, one of the bar staff (male) was quite condescending to one of the newer female bar staff. She was doing a good job given she was only 3 days in, he wasn’t very polite to her, it was a shame to see. "

"Room given us when we first arrived had not been fully cleaned and the safe wasn’t working. Mentioned this to staff who immediately apologised and upgraded us from a queen deluxe to an executive room along with drinks vouchers. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast bufffet was also very good and the views from floor 17 where a bar is located and breakfast were amazing. Tidy and clean hotel, just a little tired in some areas."

"L'hôtel est vraiment top, situé au plein centre d'Amsterdam, vous pouvez tout faire à pieds. À 5min à pieds de la gare donc si vous venez en train c'est juste parfait. Petit déjeuner très bon. Le seul bémol c'est que la porte de la salle de bain était transparente et la lumière automatique donc si vous voulez aller aux toilettes la nuit, la lumière va aller dans toute la chambre. À part cela c'était super. "
