"First visit to bahamas. We used majestic tours to get to and from airport. Wonderful drivers. The staff at the reef were very attentive to our needs. Felt very safe and clean environment. It was absolutely beautiful. The shuttle was fantastic to go back and forth between the hotels. The whole trip was amazing. Thank you"

"The property needs some repairs and cleaning/resurfacing done to the pool deck. We paid for oceanview, and we were in a prime location to receive that beautiful view of the nearby ocean....if the cedar trees across the street weren't blocking the view. It has great potential to strongly compete with newer hotel nearby if these issues are resolved...along with providing adequate parking and drive up access. I sincerely hope that they make the needed changes...I would definitely choose and...

We were unable to use the Beach 360 club on a few of the days because the hotel was catering to the cruise line passengers. Everything was very expensive. I received an email several days prior to leaving offering an upgrade. Upon arrival, the staff had no indication of this and stated there were no upgrades. I asked again the next morning...
