"The hotel was fantastic however despite I prepaid for my room, hotels.com canceled my reservation according to the hotel. They were sold out and no record of my room. I supplied my receipt and information so they honored it however it was awful to have prepaid and have no reservation available. There was a lot of confusion when we arrived. "

"Very handy location for a show at the Pinnacle Bank Arena. Didn't care for the parking. The garage side of the property doesn't have key access for the entrance door off theparking garage. If you get there late at night, you have to walk around to the main entrance. The main entance automatic doors needed repair. The doors attached to the garage don't have a ramp inside the building only stairs. Definitely not the most accessible place I have stayed."

"The property was clean and appears to be very well cared for, staff was very cordial. The room was clean and comfortable and parking was well lit and clean. Hair dryer didnt work. The first night of 2 day stay the conference room was very noisey, until 1130pm. There is no excuse for this and I called front desk asking for help. I dont believe we should have to pay full price, and we should get a complimentary room in the future. The group making noise should be assessed for the cost. Breakfast...

"An extremely clean and lovely hotel. The parking garage is attached to the fifth floor so you can walk directly into the hotel from there…very convenient! The location is perfect as it is walkable to the university and the fun Haymarket District. The clerk that checked us in was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. "
