the hotel was awful , the room was dirty ,and smelly .smelt of drains and danp . the bed was damp aswell . the window was boarded up with wood . and we saw mice running around the bedroom .. we were shown two rooms and refused to stay ..

Cold, moist and dirty
We stayed in Spot Inn for one night. They didn't have our room available so they took us to some other hostel of theirs. The room was really cold and moist (I think there was mold?). Even the bed was moist. The water coming from the shower was icecold and the water heater didn't work. The room wasn't clean and there wasn't enough plankets to keep us warm.

No sound insulation makes it very noisy. Every word can be heard from the reception, even though our room was in the third floor. The rooms were not only dirty, they were filthy. Pubic hair and piss on the sheets and mold in the showers made it a horrible stay for us. The madrass were also very hard, so there were almost no sleep. The boss were very helpful and easy to communicate with, both via mail and in person.

Absolutely loved our 4 days in this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the staffs just gave you their utmost service. The location is a bit complicated to find but overall it's a good place to stay at Paharganj.

Excellent Tour, Friendly Staff, Average Conditions
We stayed for 5 nights here during our trip to Delhi- 3 more than we anticipated due to the kind staff and central location. However you do very much get what you pay for, shower was mainly very cold and smelly bathroom- but this seems to have been the case in other budgets we stayed at in India. The facilities are standard, as we came to realise India is likely to have power shortages- but the staff were able to sort this out quickly. During our stay, my boyfriend was bitten by a stray dog on the road of the hotel and the staff were able to help us find a nearby private hospital and advise us on the best course of action for the following days, which we cannot thank them enough for. They also organised a day trip to Agra for us- we paid 5500 INR and we could not have been happier with the value as it not only gave us an English speaking driver at our disposal, but a tour guide around Agra and the Taj Mahal itself- both whom organised everything for us, giving us local tips and helping to avoid the crowds. The price is excellent given the services and we would return should we find ourselves in India again.

Better to book hotels directly than booking sights
I have not stayed in this hotel as the room shown during booking was not available . Also the room allotted to me was on the 3rd floor without any lift fascility. The hotel is connected about a 200 meters nerrow crowded pessage from the main road. So I request hotels.com to confirm all details of your registered hotels before uploading on the sight. It was a bitter experience for me . Kindly don't misguide customers.

It wasn't a very pleasing stay. There was no hot water at times and at one point there were no clean towels either. Food trays were left for the whole day in the hallway.

100% travellers
This is a definite place I would highly recommend for travelers is the best hotel myself and my partner have stayed in yet on our 3 year travelling trip! The staff are more than helpfully in every way! The owner of the property has been a great help to us as well and saved us a lot of money! We find him very trustworthy and has not yet proved us wrong in any way! the room is very comfortable with working A/C and hot water, the tv worked fine and it is very clean and tidy I give hotel the spot a 10/10!! I have no complaints and we are very happy

Hotel bardzo zapuszczony i brudny. Brak okna w pokoju, powyrywane gniazdka. Brak jakich kolwiek przyborów toaletowych włącznie z papierem (a w ofercie to niby zapewniają). Klimatyzacja niby jest ale nie działa. Śniadanie miało być a nie było... Nawet jedna gwiazdka się nie należy.

worth the money
This place is right in the middle of local houses/market so best if you want to experience actual India. The hotel had all the basic amenities except toilet paper which the staff refuse to give us for free. The room was clean with A/C and the breakfast is very tasty.

Horrible experience
We made a reservation for 2 nights on a room with 4 beds. One double and a bunk bed. We are a family of for with 2 young kids. We were arriving at the hotel after midnight due to our flight and we have specifically contacted the hotel to make sure we had the room even though we were arriving late. We had paid for it obviously! Even that it was already paid... When we got to the hot at 3am they told us that it was not available. There was no other place to go at that time. They gave us a mediocre room with only one double bed for the 4 of us and they even dare to tell us that we should fit in that bed. Oh... And I am forgetting to mention that even the bed sheets were not clean and had hairs from.... Who knows! I have no words to explain my dissatisfaction, lack of commitment from them and poor service of this hotel. Not recommended at all.

델리 특히 빠하르간지라 호텔주변은 어디나 더럽고 밤낮없이 시끄럽습니다.. 주변뿐아니라 방과 방사이에도 방음이 안되어 옆방에서 토하는 소리가 그대로 다 들리고 저희 일행은 옆방에서 담배피우는 냄새가 너무 심하게 나서 방을 바꾸기도 했습니다 머무르면 머무를수록 주인이 친절하지 않고, 엄청 무뚝뚝하고.. 말붙이기 불편했습니다.. 더운물 안나온다고 하면 성의없이 10분 기다려.. 이러고.. 인터넷 잘 안된다고 하면 모르겠다는 식의 반응.. 가격말곤 만족스럽지 않은 기억입니다..

Best hotel I stayed in during our month in Turkey. Amazing staff! So lovely & helpful. They were more than happy to help me with printing & photocopying for a visa I needed. & didn't charge me for it. They let me change rooms so the wifi was better. Amazing breakfast! Best in Turkey. So many choices. Would make me fresh Turkish coffee every morning. Great room. Wonderful location so close to all the main sights. I would definitely stay here again! Best hotel in Turkey! & such great value. Can't say enough about this hotel & the beautiful staff who run it.

Low cost but not a smart option
The location of the hotel is terrible. Very difficult to access and confusing to explain. The vicinity in which the hotel is located cannot be any more bad. The wifi was as slow as a snail. The only saving grace is the quality of rooms in the hotel.
