"When I first areived, the room I was given had a broken ac unit. I was immediately provided with another room, hassle-free. The only thing that made my stay unpleasantly, were The guest next door. They had several dogs which barked from 11pm -1am. The humans were loud themselves, constantly banging on their door because they were locked out. The location, convenience to the ocean, (oceanview) price, breakfast snacks, was what I was looking for. I would stay here again. "

"Chose this hotel because it was one of the decently priced ones for a single night and we’d definitely stay here again. Not a bad walk to the boardwalk and it has beach access with a nice tiki bar that also serves food. Room was acceptable no complaints. Check in area was nice and very welcoming. "
