"It was a great 1st time experience at Pullman Bangsar since my room was upgraded from deluxe room to executive suite at the top floor without me asking for that. We were also allowed to check-out late (before 2pm) since we had fun run event in the morning. Thank you very much! We will definitely come again!♥️"

"I would give this hotel a 3.5! Our family overall enjoyed our stay. We particularly loved the infinity pool, the view from the top floors (including buffet view) and the overall spaciousness of the hotel. As for the cleanliness, unfortunately our bedsheets although « clean » were incredibly stained from use (yellowing and marks). I think if the facilities were to improve the bedsheets used it could be great! "

"Overall is OK. Get 2 free ticket to the water world. Kids really enjoy the stay. Enjoy play in the water during the day and enjoy the fun fair and light decoration during night. Only that the TV has no kids channel. "

"The hotel situated in a good location at Babdar Baru Klang in Bukit Raja. The hotel is very bear to AEON Mall Bukit Raja is with in walking distance about 10 minutes. The hotel has granted free Parking fir their hotel guest. The check in and check out is smoth. The room is BIG and clean. The Bed and pillows is comfortable. The Water pressure for shower is strong but the Water pressure at the basin is very Low. I will stay in this hotel again if the room rates is good."
