"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times in the past, and it’s always a fantastic place to be. However, I have one complaint: the staff’s rudeness during breakfast hours. I understand that you’re fully booked and have a lot of foot traffic in the morning, but you need to plan better and teach your staff manners when interacting with guests. The staff was extremely busy and didn’t seem to try to listen to our requests. Dinner hour were good as expected. Thanks to Mr Ashraf ( New manager )...

"I want to thank all the staff, bell boys, front reception, kitchen staff, house keeping and all others, from the bottom of my heart for making our family's four night stay most comfortable and memorable! The access to Prophet Muhammad pbuh's mosque was super close. We were lucky to get the view of Rawda from our room 690, which is not what we had booked, so thank you team! We were humbled by that. Breakfast is great! Bathrooms are getting dated but our room 690 had two rooms and two bathrooms...

" The location is just a 7-10 minute walk from Haram, which is very convenient. The King Size Suite, with a front view of the hotel, was simply amazing. The reception people were exceptionally attentive and took great care of me. I give them a 10/10 for their hospitality. Room service was excellent; they cleaned and tidied up the room seamlessly. The hotel is outstanding, and I would definitely recommend it."

"It was great experience to stay at this hotel for five nights with the family everything was good from cleanliness to room services and from breakfast to dinner buffet was up to the standard. No doubt they have very frequent and on time shuttle service every 30 minutes but little advise for the families with young children and elderly people that distance from the bus stop near to harm entrance is challenging."

"The experience was the best we have had for the 2nd time in Makkah. Everything was good standard. The reception staff greeted us well. The bags were taken care of as soon as we entered. Hotel check in time was 4pm but we arrived at 8am in the morning. Made a request for early check-in but nothing was available, however, the receptionist kindly advised that when we come back from umrah around noon time he will have tried to find something for us.
