"This is a lovely place once you find it - it’s a bit off the beaten track. Nice gardens and setting but nobody there. The housekeeper met us as we arrived at midday but she didn’t know which room we were supposed to be in so sent us away and said check in was at 2. Our room was big enough with nice bathroom and separate terrace which opened onto the garden and pool area. Another couple arrived about 8.30 the following night and nobody was there to meet them. "We booked into the apartments on Boxing Day ,had to wait a few hours for the keys when we got in there we turned around and left ,I have never in my life seen such a dirty ,damp and dam right disgusting room took the keys back and phoned you to sort my refund back"
