"The rooms are sufficiently clean. The restaurant on site is only open on Fridays and Saturdays. There is no cafe at the property. The closest shops are at Dorrigo town centre about a 7 min drive from the property with a number of good options, a pie shop, deli/ cafes and the local pub has a diverse menu using fresh produce. "As a female solo traveler the Belfry was a great place to stay. I felt completely comfortable being there. It is also a great central location in which to explore Bellingen, without being slap bang in the middle of the main street. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. "

"As a visiting tourist, I was unaware that this was a motel, I was expecting a hotel with rooms within the framework of a principal building. In addition I was also under the impression that other public rooms would be available to access. In fact there were non. "Booked this place because of the reviews and overall it was a pleasant stay. Beds were super comfy and receptionist that called me was very polite and lovely to deal with.
