Poorly maintained

The hotel was run-down and clearly showed signs of lack of maintenance. Not very comfortable beds. Hot dishes for breakfast were cold.

There was no restaurant in the evening. I did not get the double bed requested. The room was spartan. The bathroom fittrings old. Simply not the hotel thatvwas advertised on Expedia.

My experience staying here was extremely disappointing. I ended up paying a hell of a lot for a 2 night stay(totally not worth the room rate) my reasons for this are as follows, When i asked for evening food i was told they only have 1 dish on the menu. In addition to this i then had to go and grab food to eat in my room, when i returned the wifi was so so bad that i couldnt load up any og my netflix/prime accounts. When i called, i was told i could come down and sit in the bar or conference room as the wifi isnt bad there 😳😳 Certainly not the level of service i am accustomed to and will not be returning in a hurry

Very close to train tracks and happened that my room is facing that side. Room temperature is too hot and no AC and the fan provided in the room is not enough. If you open the window for much needed cooler air, then it gets even louder for those incoming train. Room not clean and and previous occupant garbage still in the room.

For det første har hotellet ikke opdateret billederne på deres Expedia side så det dejlige store lyse superior værelse jeg havde glædet mig til blev afløst af et lille skraldet værelse med super ringe belysning så værelset var sort som natten i helvede. TV virkede der var ihvertfald strøm på det men ingen kanaler overhovedet. Det varme vand to mindst ti minutter om at faktisk blive varmt og ved morgenmaden var rundstykkerne seje og baconen overstegt så man blev i tvivl om det var lædder eller bacon. Jeg kender Thon som et fremragende business hotel men det her er simpelthen ikke navnet værdigt det er næppe et hotel men i højere grad en opbevaringskasse for mennesker.

Bruger ofte dette hotel - God pris og godt hotel

Lækkert hotel lidt uden for KBH. Dejligt med gratis parkering. Ærgeligt der ikke er mulighed for mad om aftenen - men ellers er det en dejlig morgenmad. Prøv at undgå værelser ud på den gratis p-plads, de værelser er ikke så pæne.
