"Fizemos early check in sem problemas. Chegamos mais cedo e já tinham o quarto pronto e deixaram-nos entrar. Perto da praia, muito sossegado. Apanhamos um fim de semana de sol e bom para usufruir do melhor de Tróia. A praia e as caminhadas pela areia que sabem sempre bem em pleno Novembro. "Overall it was a good one-night stay including some essential gluten-free items for breakfast - no GF bread but we didn't expect that and had brought our own. Our room had the promised sea view, unfortunately the foreground was an abandoned building full of garbage - that is outside the hotel's control of course. The parking listing is misleading: Free self parking on site - this doesn't appear to be true RV, bus, and truck parking on site - same Free offsite parking - yes, but in a public lot a...

"The shower gave me a nightmare because it flooded the entire bedroom and bathroom within 15 min shower. I had to do camping in the living room for 2 nights. "

"We stayed over during winter time (December) to check ou the Hotel for an event in May. The surroundings are gorgeous and you can feel the calm of Alentejo right in. The food is absolutely delicious and staff very friendly and available. A note: majority of the rooms does not have bathroom door, which came a bit as a surprise. The suites do have door but are in need of a little TLC in the bathroom to bring it to a 5* review hotel. Overall a lovely stay and will be able to stay again!"
