One of the very best hotels! Between being greeted by valet and their attention to detail (making it feel so personable), to the staff at the front desk, so amazing! The room was SO CUTE, and everything was clean. The SHOWER was amazing and the bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in as far as hotel beds. Anytime I’m in Columbus I’m gonna stay here.
