"I booked a multi bed suite but was a regular single bed room. I was told the room I booked was being worked on but was not told this before checking in. I asked about a refund for the cost difference of the rooms and was told there wasn't one. Our host was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed our stay, but I wish I had been told before arriving that I didn't have the room that I booked and paid for online."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was so clean, the staff was so friendly and courteous, the breakfast was yummy, and the beds were so comfy. We will definitely be visiting again. Also the night reception was so nice and the location is great to walk around downtown Columbus."

"Great location in downtown Columbus- clean, free parking. Only glitch was I had to call to get the email with entry details but they were prompt. They said bc I went thru 3rd party to book. Probably need to solve that issue. "

"This property is great and the convenience of the connection to the conference center is priceless. We were in room 1812, which was fantastic from a few standpoint but it is right next to a staff only room and it sounded like garbage cans were being brought in all night and all morning. You could also hear some tires screeching during the night and police cars around 5am. If we went back I would definitely try to avoid that specific room. "The rooms were very clean but definitely on the small side. We had a King Deluxe and it was very small. Very bad experience with the pool. We were there with a group that a number of small children and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM GOT CHEMICAL BURNS FROM THE POOL (CHLORINE) but when the front desk was told about, the woman got nasty and said that it couldn't be that.
