"I had an outstanding stay at The Bungalows Hotel! everything was amazing. The amenities are top-notch, and the staff from the manager to the receptionist to housekeeping—were all incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming. The entire property was spotless and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel is very safe and secure, with convenient access to the beach. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi pool, especially at night with the neon lights it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. A truly excellent experience all around!"

"What an absolutely amazing hotel. From the time I booked, they were always in contact with me, easy to reach at all times. They recommended 2 fabulous excursions. The hotel offers a free breakfast off the menu which is scrumptious and fresh. The entire space is an Oasis. A 4 min walk to the beach and the main strip with all the bars and restaurants you could want. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to making our stay beautiful. On the morning of our departure, we had a 4:30am pickup and they made us coffee and sandwiches to take with us. I highly recommend this hotel in Puerto Viejo. Gracias por tudos Namu Above all"

"The grounds were beautiful. Can see ocean from room. It’s an older property but well kept. The staff were amazing. Naomi was always accommodating, went out of her way to call on excursions, check on restaurants, filling cooler with ice and always with a smile. She made are stay there even more amazing. Jenifer also was always willing to accommodate. The breakfast delivered to room each morning was fabulous. We definitely will be back again. "
