"Was a good location to drive to the Biltmore Estate facilities if you want to stay off the estate. Breakfast each morning was great and they varied the menu! The pool was open and they actually had towels available at the pool! Unfortunately, the hot tub spa was closed for renovations. "

"We have stayed in Asheville multiple times because we live in a neighboring state. This is the first hotel I plan to hotel come back to on our next trip. They truly hit the mark on every expectation - great valet service, local rides to things like restaurants that are nearby, the bed was perfect, the pillows (which are always the big miss for most hotels) were awesome, and our room was a great design/size. I love how they think of everything like a picnic basket breakfast delivered to your room, the ice is in a chest with individual bags the perfect size for the bucket, a nicely stocked fridge with complimentary items and the staff was great. Clean rooms, great views, beautiful design and a perfect downtown location. Really, I had zero complaints, and I find that to be rare in a hotel at this reasonable price point. See you soon ~"
