"Lovely hotel and really can’t fault it. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable and a variety of soft/hot drinks and snacks available at no extra cost. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Ate in the restaurant one night and had a great meal - again staff very attentive and friendly. Close to the centre, shops and river. Only word of warning would be do not park at their recommended car park in Pepper Street, it’s a dreadful car park with tiny spaces...

"The receptionist upon arrival and checkout (Cara) was fantastic. Her service was upmost professional, welcoming and extremely friendly. Restaurant food was exceptional with wonderful service from staff. All very friendly and pleasant. Wonderful views from hotel room, adequate parking and overall restful visit. Will definitely recommend."

"The room was spotless and well furnished and comfortable, with great shower, but limited s[ace for toiletries which had to be placed on the floor. With five flights of stairs to negotiate it would prevent a return visit, but staff were helpful with the luggage and the advert warned about this."

"We booked a Superior Deluxe Room. Our room #119 was spacious. The only negative on this room was the carpet, which needed a good cleaning. We dined in the hotel restaurant and had breakfast in the hotel. Our meals were very good. We did like that the hotel was dog friendly, even in the restaurants. "
