"Just back from six nights at this hotel. Brilliant location, quiet and safe and great food and drink options nearby. Easily walkable to many big shops and attractions. Staff were great and our special request was met, we had a fabulous room. Big room, dated but very clean and very good housekeeping each day. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "Fabulous location-comfortable room, exceptionally clean, staff helpful and personable. Coffee on floor 27 delicious!!! I was celebrating a birthday for a friend from out of town. She loved every second of our 2 night stay!!!! We were close to Radio City Music Hall and saw the Rockettes-a first for my friend and not the last!!!!!"

"Grand Centralから近く、近隣にお手頃な値段で食事を取れるカフェやレストランがあり、便利でした。チェックイン時間よりも早く到着したのですが、快く対応いただいたものの、準備が十分に整っていないお部屋に通されたような気がします。また、時差ボケと睡眠不足で早く横になりたかったので提案された２階の部屋を受け入れてしまいましたが、失敗でした。Lobbyが半地下のようで、「２階」は1.5階のような高さのため滞在中カーテンを開けることが一切できませんでした。設備としては少し古いかなという印象はありますが、バスタブがあり良かったです。冷蔵庫があればより良かったです。"

"Beautiful historic property conveniently located close to all the major landmarks. Restaurant downstairs struggled a bit being short staffed and closing down unexpectedly when we had reservations. Other than that all was perfect. "

Comfy but can be better!

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. Besides that the rooms were small, I guess it’s expected from what I read so it’s acceptable. Requesting room cleaning and also extra drinking bottled water was done efficiently. Overall we were quite ok with our 5 night stay and had a good sleep! "
