I was coming into town and checking in around 8pm. There was no one at the premises so I was told how to get in. This is no problem and expected. However the person corresponding with me was not very responsive. In the morning there was still no one there and I could not get a response. There was no coffee, no breakfast. My tv remote did not work and the heater said that it needed a filter cleaning. I was told to check myself out (this was very much a self service with no assistance on how to navigate the town) I was there for a cruise. Nd was trying yo figure out how yo get a taxi to the port or if I should walk and once again no response. I never write reviews and have never felt motivated to write a bad one until now! I think for me it is very important to have a human interaction at some point!
