"Clean room with tatami style. You can feel the spring inside. I feel the room abit old. But the staff is really helpful and can speak English. When I came to check in, there’s a few guest sitting around the lobby which taken all the seats near the check in area. We don’t have choice to sit far away while waiting to check in. Location is good near all the nice places to hang around. But I would choose somewhere else next time. "

"I booked a private room and the price was really reasonable, both the bar downstairs and the hotel is very clean and the staff are professional and friendly.
