"We had an excellent stay in the cabanas. It was nice to feel tucked away from everything while still being walking distance to the main hotel and amenities. The people working at the hotel were super kind and helpful in planning excursions, especially Juan Carlos who helped us plan a fun few days in the area. "Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended. "

"It was a little bit removed from the main strip, which made it quiet and restful.. The service was lovely and it was the best breakfast we had in our trip -simple and delicious. "We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! "

"Stayed here for 1-night after doing the O-Circuit. Staff were extremely polite and acccomodating, happily going above and beyond. Two examples: they stored our non-backpacking gear for 8 days before our 1-night stay; when my partner asked where they got a certain treat on display at the buffet, they just gave her the whole cake. Rooms were big and comfortable, really a great business."
