"The hotel is adequately sized and offers a satisfactory continental breakfast buffet. The high-quality coffee machine is a welcome amenity. The outdoor terrace provides a relaxing atmosphere, and the fitness center contains sufficient equipment for basic workouts. However, a recurring issue is musty, occasionally urine-like, odors emanating from the ventilation system."

"酒店前枱職員overall服務良好，有個別仍有待改善。 雖然已經入住較新樓層的酒店房間，但房間衣櫃地下灰塵一舊舊，漱口膠杯入面又有黃漬。打去housekeeping 10次9次都無人聽。 16樓個housekeeping姨姨態度惡劣，我好聲好氣問佢拎兩隻透明玻璃水杯，佢一句話「無」，我話我尋晚住過15樓有透明玻璃水杯，佢話16樓只有1隻，問我1隻要唔要，仲話其實房入面有杯 (但係只係兩隻細咖啡杯) 執房只做表面嘢：吸塵、倒垃圾。 客人飲用完嘅咖啡杯酒店唔會執房時更換，並且任由已使用嘅咖啡杯放置原地 (我了在枱上而不是在mini bar上)。 我在沖涼時將防滑墊及大毛巾舖在淋浴間門外，執房之後，清潔員不單沒有更換那條被我舖喺地下嘅大毛巾 (因為那條大毛巾又舊又爛，所以我認得條大毛巾沒有被更換)，清潔員竟然將這條已經被鋪過在地上的大毛巾，搭在防滑墊上面，並且一齊掛在淋浴間的扶手上！ 如果並不介意酒店的清潔程度，不妨可以考慮入住這家酒店。 "
