The property management makes it easy to check in. My 19-yr-old loved the place. Apt 1D bedroom’s mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable. "great location to visit madrid, right downtown with major attractions within walking distance"

"The property is very clean and neat. We stayed as a family with kids for 3 days. The fact that this place quite literally sandwiched between Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets was extremely convenient. Right in the front is the metro station, and many tourist attractions including the palace, Plaza de Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc were easily walkable. However, the neighborhood in front of the property was shady looking - ran into large crowd of people smoking weed and abusing substances."

"Superior garden view 6th floor rooms do not correspond to the picture on the hotel website. The reality is much worse. No side curtains, only blinds."

"We like the flexibility of an apartment rather than a hotel, but were pleased to find the same level of facilities as a good hotel. Great to have full sized toiletries, a well equipped kitchen, working WiFi and good air conditioning. This apartment was close to everything we needed,, transport links, restaurants and shops. We did ask for a late check out which was dealt with very efficiently. We will use Sonder again if they are in the right location."

"It was centrally located. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities. Check in was so easy and good communication with Domi. It was located in the Bario de Las Letras. Great place if you want to be where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are. Would definitely go back. 5 stars for sure."
