"DON’T STAY THERE!!!. I felt like we were in the ghetto. Neither the indoor/ outdoor pool or the hot tub were in service. The building that houses them looked like it was condemned. There was trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all around the property. Some looked homeless. Some looked like hookers. Inside the common areas of the building and the rooms was even more concerning. There was mold, dead roaches, crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. Urine stains all around the toilet...

"This property was able to accommodate my family of five comfortably. We stayed in a two bedroom townhouse that included two full baths, a half bath, a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and washer/ dryer. The town home was clean and free of any insects or bugs. A local bike vendor (Wheelz) is in close proximity of the facility. "We absolutely LOVED this place. The apartment was clean and well stocked with the essentials. However, the tile around the bathroom (near the kitchen) was cracked and the toilet knob was chipped in the bathroom (in the bedroom). The floor needed to be swept, but it wasn't too bad. "This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces.
