Nice, clean rooms. Comfy beds. Ac worked just fine. Comvenient location. Paked right outside of my room. Was very quiet when i closed the soor, despite the main road being 20 yards away. If any other guests were loud, i coildnt hear them. All the emenities yoy need. The breakfast was sub par, ao dont count on that. Other than that, i will be stayingherw again thw next time im in Carlsbad.

The young man at checkin made the whole experience enjoyable. The only issues I had was there was a leak from back wall which was coming in where the wall met the floor. They moved us down around 8 rooms, same thing but not as bad. It was a very rainy/blizzard kind of day

Staff was very nice but the rooms were just gross. So bad I didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet. Beds not “hotel” neat and cockroach in the bathroom. Very limited amenities. I’ll be avoiding Wyndham properties, I didn’t realize they’re that bad. At least this one was. There are so many hotels in Carlsbad, spend a few more bucks if you want clean.

This place had good reviews. It is a motel. It is a motor hotel where you park right outside of your door. That is not what I was expecting. There were many workplace trucks from nearby oil rigs. The hotel is rundown and old And I was charged a five star hotel and it is barely a one or two star. The beds were very uncomfortable and for sure not worth the $150 that I paid. They did have a hot breakfast included, which was average.

First room was in Old building with dim lighting and run down everything. So we got moved to newer building on second floor. But it had a clogged toilet which ten minutes with a plunger didn't fix (and the plunger had to be checked out, which wasnt a good sign). Room 3 didn't get hot water for a shower. I'm not that picky, but this place was sub standard. The service however was excellent in trying to make the best of a terrible property

We stayed in one of the suites. The wet bar area included a refrigerator, microwave, and a separate bar height table. Great for having snacks and drinks! There was also a TV watching area, and a separate bedroom with a huge closet. Definitely worth it to go with the suite!
