"Thasheca gave clear details about the expectations for entering and leaving the property, how to use the appliances, etc within the apartment, as well as how to find reasonably priced places around town. She is prompt and very personable. I strongly suggest that it be made clear on hotels.com that this property requires an appointment in order to enter the premises. "I visited the property on Saturday March 5 and found difficulty in gaining entrance and after the taxi entered on the opening of the mechanical controlled gate there were no signs indicating reception. After over 15 minutes I instructed the driver to leave the property and I went to R hotel where I booked a room for the duration of my stay in Jamaica. It was frustrating and embarrasing."

"Is not an ideal place for a business trip since it is an apartment with no restaurants at walking distance. Be prepare for an additional charge of US$110 cash for cleaning and management charge. You need to call to arrange someone to meet you at the place as you arrive and as you leave (is not a hotel). The place is nice but is not a hotel."

"Absolutely worth every penny. Service is so amazing - they really know what they're doing. Room was very well laid out with a stunning view of the ocean. The whole resort is tucked away in the mountainside like it's always been there. Love the way the buildings have been built around the existing nature so it all feels natural. We cannot wait to return. "
