"Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website."

"Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. "Terrible location, pictures were not what they seem on the app. No water was give, no soap was given, the bathroom was terrible, the shower got water everywhere, bugs crawling all over the place. The rooms were dirty."

"Safe and quiet, the units at golf course apartments are spacious, functional and uncluttered. The staff are warm and welcoming and the property is kept neat and tidy. There is a pool, gym, tennis court and squash court and nice gardens and walkways to satisfy your exercise needs. Its located very near restaurants and malls in an upscale area. Its also conveniently located beside the Kampala Hospital."

"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "

"Happy staying there. Food is good & staff are courteous and helpful. Food range is good. Must try is their Biryani & African Chicken Stew. However, the bathroom amenities are getting a bit worn out. Still overall happy with the stay. "
