"This is one of the most difficult reviews I will have written. Firstly the exceptional positives; The location is wonderful and the Tasman Peninsula must be one of the most beautiful places in the world. "We stayed 3 nights and visited Port Arthur and Maria island while we were there. The room was small but very functional. Very clean and modern. The property is amazing with fruit trees and farm animals all about. Nice to walk around. We ate at the restaurant one night which was good with a spectacular view, and quite handy. The property is beautifully landscaped. "
