"Check in was very hard. The hotel clerk could barely speak or understand English. Room did not include a hairdryer. Hotel did not provide breakfast as the website stated. They didn't even provide coffee in the lobby. Would not stay here again."

"Staff at front desk was not real receptive during our checkin. Hotel floors felt unsafe on the 4th floor, and breakfast was mediocre at best. Juice machine had no juice, cream cheese packets were all open. "

"Quite and next to food and shopping. The staff was nice except when we first checked in the guy behind the desk on friday Jan. 25th at about 7:00ish looked at us like we were gonna rob the place he didn't say any thing just ask fo my id and didn't explain anything, he did say about breakfast, but gave me the room keys and that was it, i thought that was weird. Overall it a nice stay. "

"Wasn't too impressed with the Breakfast. Went at 7am and the only thing offered was 2 types of cereal, a few muffins and waffle maker. No juice, no fruits, toast nothing else. Personally a very poor excuse for a continental breakfast.."

"I show up to being told my receipt from you guys meant nothing and had to pay again because yall didn’t contact them but I strongly feel like I was scammed by the hotel or its employee. I would like a refund on my card please because my girlfriend paid cash at the hotel since we were already there and exhausted. Im looking for the print out of the receipt and will be in touch shortly "

"First checked in left bags in room left to go eat dinner. Came back toilet wasn’t sealed down shower leaked water all the way to toilet. Everything was the worst tv wasn’t working rooms are not updated like in pic all old looking bathroom has water damage on wall by showers. The next morning got moved to another room and the min fridge leaked everywhere shower was so dirty and stained. When I went to talk to manager Saturday afternoon he acted like it was normal and didn’t offer a partial refund...
