"This place had a really great vibe. I stayed here one night with my pup. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good too. If I come back to Cleveland this will definitely be the hotel I stay at."

"On the plus side, the staff were super good. Pool and jacuzzi were great! Breakfast was good. But both the bed and sofa were terrible. So many of these elite chains don’t know how to put a comfortable chair or sofa in a room. And the bed is so high off the floor that you need a ladder to get in it! Won’t stay here again for this reason. "

"The property was very clean and the room was very comfortable. Bed and bathroom are especially nice. The area is safe, with great shopping and dining options. There’s a cinema right next door. Taxi service is hard to get from the hotel but Uber worked well. "
