"Didn’t feel comfortable here at all- only female in the whole place for four nights- would have gone somewhere else but couldn’t get a refund and didn’t have the funds. Staff were ignorant and rude tbh. They lived in the dorm opposite I think. Good location though. "

"Basic hostel in a great location. Stayed in 4 bed dorm. My only concern is room had an old style key and it was up to each person to lock the door behind them, if this didn’t happen the door stayed unlocked. The 8 bed dorm has an automatic locking door. "

"On avait une chambre avec salle de bain, on s’est crue au royaume des champignons. La salle de bain était noire y en avait dans tous les recoins et au plafond. Les murs étaient sales et a moitié peint (pas comme sur les photos). Au moins on avait un toit pour dormir. Le personnel était très mediocre même pas un mot au check out, on avait l’impression de les déranger. "

"Checking in can be a bit confusing and you have to be patient with the lift, it's a great place to stay in SIN with an amazing view of the city. The guys who run the hostel are very understanding and helpful. "

"Ett fantastiskt hostel där man mötte massa vänner, min säng var full med mörka långa hårstrån tyvärr så jag vet inte hur städat det var.. lite äckligt med det funkade. Och gäster/personal snodde även på hotellet, glömde väskan utanför mitt rum i någon timme och när jag märkte det var alla mina pengar borta. Mindre bra. "

"Had a short 3 day stay in KL in a 2 br suite in Jan. Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. Service from front desk staff was particularly outstanding. Perfect for our needs."

"The interior design of the bedroom beautifully showcases the essence of Kuala Lumpur with artful touches inspired by the city’s heritage and modern charm. The room was a perfect mix of comfort and creativity, featuring a plush bed and is spacious enough.However, the staff at the reception fell short of expectations. They lacked the warmth and welcoming smiles that are typically expected in hospitality. This initial interaction slightly dampened the otherwise stellar experience and is an area for improvement."

Normal stay. Not so satisfying.

"Just a normal hotel. Tempat menunggu kenderaan kecil. Tp ada bell service, good. Lobby x besar sgt. Sarapan pg okay la. Bilik pun normal. Pool utk kanak2 kecil je. Parking agak sempit utk keluar masuk, tp cukup la. "
