Péssima experiência

Infelizmente nunca havia tido uma estadia tão ruim em um local. Quando cheguei, percebi que foi dada uma “maqueada” na limpeza do quarto. A roupa de cama e banho não tinha sido trocada, somente dobrada novamente. A toalha estava molhada e o tapete do banheiro também. O box estava sujo, e com restos de cabelo. No quarto e andar que fiquei o cheiro de mofo foi insuportável. Tanto que tive uma crise alérgica fortíssima nos dias que estive hospedada. Mesmo vendo a condição em que fiquei, e constatando o mofo, não atenderam meu pedido de realocação de quarto. Sei que pelo preço não podia esperar nada cinco estrelas, mas nem o custo benefício nesse caso é válido, pelo contrário… A estrutura é de muitas escadas e andares que se confundem. Parecem labirintos. No café da manhã, os alimentos não eram frescos. Enfim, conhecendo e já tendo me hospedado em vários locais em MG e pelo Brasil, esse é o último lugar que eu indicaria para alguém se hospedar.

CORRA deste Hotel.

Banheiro a papel Higiênico, quarto na garagem, ao lado da avenida, parecia anel rodoviário. Sem comunicação com recepção, sem internet, sem mesa no quarto, condições do quartel terrível. Café da manhã quase básico. Ao chegar, recepcionista com cara de "O que é que você quer aqui?" Nunca me hospedei em lugar pior que este. Não dormi, passei a noite doido pra ir embora. Recepcionista não liberou garagem, carro ficou na rua. Por mim não teria gabarito e qualidade suficiente pra fazer parte deste site. Não tem elevador, sobe e desce de escada, um labirinto, hotel de puxadinhos mal planejados.

Hotel simples que precisa melhorar

O quarto era pouco confortável. Os lençóis e toalhas estavam manchados. O armário estava quebrado. O ar condicionado pingava água em cima da cama. O piso do banheiro estava quebrado. No geral o hotel é bem simples e não há acessibilidade. Para ir à recepção tinha que subir 3 andares e para tomar café da manhã 4 anadares de escada. Não há elevador.

As fotos que estão no site nao codizem com as acomodações do hotel. Fizemos a reserva antecipada e quando chegamos não esta pronto o quarto o banheiro estava com vazamento e o banheiro com cherio forte de esgoto o arcondicionado ruim. Tivemos que trocar de acomodações.Peço que troquem as fotos do site e coloque fotos das acomodações da maneira que estão atual.

Estrutura deplorável: Quartos individuais claustrofobicos, quentes, com paredes imundas, fronhas encardidas, ventilador e ar quebrados... Com excessão de duas recepcionistas, o restante dos funcionários são incapacitados para atender os hóspedes. Corram dessa furada!!!!

Fiquei no quarto basico que fica no estacionamento/garagem do hotel, lá nao pega WI-FI, o chuveiro cai muito pouca água, quase queimando a pele, o frigobar é eletrônico, não gela nada, quarto com limpeza razoável ao entrar e nao houve limpeza diária, quarto abafado, com ventilador barulhento, sem local pra guardar as roupas, roupas de cama muito velhas e café da manhã muito básico com forros de mesa muito sujos. Não me agradou em nada essa estadia, a única vantagem foi ficar lroximo do local onde eu precisava ir.

Fomos muito bem atendidos, peguei o quarto básico porque era só da noite pra manhã. E gostei bastante e o café da manhã também foi excelente. Vi que as avaliações estavam ruim e fiquei receosa em fazer a reserva. Mas, não vi nada do que as avaliações ruins escreveram. Lá mudou a direção e acredito que com isso veio as melhorias também.
