"The service in the office was great ! The rooms have plumbing issues and broken drawers in the rooms. My 12 year old son and I were sleeping and woke up to at least an inch of water all over the floor drenching our clothing and belongings. The front office gave us a different room but did not accommodate the $70’s in laundry I had to do at the laundromat. "

"I had a decent stay for 3 days. The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. My room was mostly clean from what I could see. The free breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:30 am had good options. The cinnamon roll waffles you make yourself were so good and took literally a minute to cook. The ice machine was out of order except for on the 2nd floor. So that was a little inconvenient but not that bad. The hallways smelled like weed on the third floor. Sometimes the tv loses signal and the remote is tricky...

"Excellent choice- I was delighted Great & safe location, ULTRA clean, decorated tastfully, close to Greektown, Woodward and Ford Field. I have stayed in 20+ different hotels in downtown Detroit and this was the best value- hands down. Full kitchen and laundry makes this perfect for longer stays. I will always check this property first."

"Great hospitality; old bones but redone nicely. Our room was on a corner and had a separate sitting area and a table and chairs. We had a beautiful river view. However… my request to not be by the elevator was ignored. I didn’t want to all to change rooms, I know it was busy and we liked our view. "This place was amazing - we wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a bit of a splurge (though well worth the cost!) Lots of amenities right within the hotel lobby, and the room itself was comfortable and luxurious. Would definitely stay here again!"
