"Location was great for our 2 night stay in Luzern. 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast food and staff at Bacio restaurant onsite could be greatly improved. We were asked to move seats at 9am on Sunday so they could set up the afternoon service (brunch was listed to last until 11am). Sadly all the hot food was lukewarm/cold as well. "

Nous avons testé le Spices et avons été déçus (pas au niveau attendu en termes de qualité). Le petit déjeuner est remarquable en termes de choix mais manque également un peu de raffinement et d'authenticité dans les produits. "

"Been staying there since i was 7 years old or 1971.. it’s like home and people are always so very nice and take good care. It has the best view of any for Old Lucerne which is beautiful walk and there is a forrest/park adjacent for quite walks. "

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...
