"Water heater didn’t work well. In the beginning for after 10s no more than it came back after you fiddle than no more. Very frustrating shower, complain to front desk… insist no problem. Ask for extra bottle of water and given. Later was told there is charge. This is residence that also operates hotel so the 5 star hotel definitely no feel."

"Credits to all staffs👍 very friendly, helpful and polite not only for the reception staffs but also to housekeepings. Rooms are spaceous and clean. Convenient for shopping - 3 minutes' walk to Robinson Mall and Max Value market just round the corner. Japanese restaurant on ground floor also many food choice around property. Massage shops also close."

"Hohe Privatsphäre. Sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Umgebung könnte besser sein und zum Strand dauert es ein bisschen. Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend - da wir aber eh nicht die Frühstücksmenschen sind, hat es uns nicht so gestört."

"Nearby shopping was great, room was dated but not bad at all. Thai room temperature shower. AC really good. The wifi was good but the wifi was located right outside the room we booked. Large easy parking area."

"Positive: Good location, responsive staff, good size room, breakfast buffet Negative: showers can’t control temperature, beds hard (mattress topper was a small improvement), air conditioning and phone not working on arrival, room is worn out and needs updating"

"The villa was older but was clean. Bed were harder than I liked and the hot water in the master bedroom was not constant. It was further away from Pattaya than I wanted to stay. They had taxi service available. It met my needs for 9 people and everyone enjoyed the house."

"Good experience 1st time going will be coming back staff friendly clean the only thing was missing in room was a safe was disappointed in that, but everything else brilliant everything is close by "
