"Beautiful property; warm, friendly, accommodating staff"

"Diese Anlage liegt total abgelegen und deshalb haben wir hauptsächlich gewechselt in eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Ubud. Diesen Sachenverhalt hätten wir natürlich selbst bedenken müssen. Das ändert aber nichts daran, dass die Bettwäsche nicht sauber und die Kissen Stockflecken hatten. Insgesamt machte die Villa einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck (Flecken auf den Sofas). Und auch der Pool war nicht wirklich einladend. Morgens das Frühstück direkt in der Villa zubereitet zu bekommen, finden...

"The staff was amazing, very kind and always around to help with huge smiles . The food in the restaurant was pretty disappointing though, I ended up ordering out or just not eating almost every night I was there. The welcome book mentioned a fully stocked mini bar but there was no such thing anywhere in my villa. The remote for my air conditioning broke twice. I loved my private pool and villa but this is definitely a budget accommodation . If you have the cash stay somewhere near central Ubud."

"Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Someone is available and at your back and call 24 hours a day I felt so spoiled. The food options are beyond amazing and the quality of the ingredients they used blew me away. I ordered so much room service and it did not cost hardly anything. I did have a small hiccup that I didn’t need to mention. I always bring my own bedding and the last night I stayed there. I decided to get under...
