"The flats are next to a very busy road with morning and evening heavy traffic and next to three discos with a lot of weekend night actions and noise. The flats are spacy and awere nicely build but meanwhile lack repair and maintenance and thus appear to be rundown."

"We have just returned from two lovely weeks at La Pointe Villas, and would book to stay here again in a heartbeat. "I had a great time at O beach studios Everything was as advertised beachfront studio with a lovely terrace The apartment was spacious and located next to bars and restaurants Staff at reception top notch friendly polite and helpful and the cleaning team were always cheerful and happy to assist if anything needed doing . "3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. "

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. "The LUX hotel deserves its 5 star status. It has great facilities for both families with & without children and even has an adult only beach area. Main gripe was the fact that the sea is so shallow you can hardly get any depth to swim properly which I felt was a shame. The staff are second to none. Shout out to Sandeep in reception, Neru & Vishal in the buffet restaurant area who were excellent "

"We had a fabulous honeymoon stay at C Mauritius. A beautiful beach location with a lovely room and atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful… nothing was too much trouble. The main bar was a highlight of the stay, great drinks and entertainment. The food was fabulous with lots of options. Wok & Roll (al a carte restaurant) in particular was fantastic, the food was outstanding. The hotel went above and beyond for our honeymoon providing us with a discount voucher for a wonderful massage and an additional candlelit dinner! We loved every minute! "
