"I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄"

"Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room. They let someone have access to my room after I was checked in. Thankfully I was inside the room- who knows what that old lady would have done. My privacy and safety was at risk. I spoke to the team...

"Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio."

"Staff were excellent, as well as the security guards, and housekeepers. Safe, quiet, close to SM, excellent breakfast and Christmas buffet dinner, walkable to Korean restaurants and bars, easy parking with security guards.,"

"This is a hidden gem close to the two big hotels - I only comment I have is that there’s no name in front of the property- being in an unfamiliar place @night, GPS cell too slow or non existent- we passed the property twice - small sign might have helped "
