That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "第一次入住 EMA House (Superior Unterstrass) 非常喜歡，公寓現代感新乾淨整潔，房內設施處處都有細心的巧思，入住期間非常愉快。預定時只剩一樓地面樓層，剛開始會擔心外面吵，實際還好沒有被影響到。（入住時遇到寒流沒有打開窗戶）床好睡、枕頭寢具舒服。有加溫空調、也有冷氣，室內溫度冷熱可自由調整。設備齊全的廚房及洗衣設備，對旅客很便利。浴室有多組加溫掛片，對沒有時間烘乾衣服的很方便。免費WiFi強度夠，2台筆電 2台手機使用順暢。房間每週一三五有清潔人員打掃、更換毛巾衛浴用品、咖啡及茶包。公寓轉角隔壁街有11號及14號電車，平時移動方便。離蘇黎世火車站僅2站路程。公寓整體很棒很喜歡，列入口袋名單。"

"Great location, the monti circus sets up right outside if you’re a fan check that out. Only a 5 min walk to the train station and about 10-15 to city center. Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. Make sure you use holafly.com for esim for wifi or find a wifi spot if you have issues because this hotel uses a code for you to get in. No front desk. If you need to store luggage after checking out, it is in a locked room but luggage will not be labeled or checked by staff. Location is walkable to Zurich station but probably not recommended if you have big luggages with you. "
