"Checkin process needs improvement, the mailbox was ‘empty’ when we arrived (20mins after checkin time). Had to wait another 30mins for the cleaner to bring us the keys. GF rooms have 2 AC’s that are linked to 1 compressor - they cutout in the middle of night causing as an issue as the room was too hot for the baby. Repair guy came quickly the next day and fixed it , but he told us it ‘happens all the time’, so not sure why they don’t just fix the issue properly. Presume it’s an overload as the...

"Check in/out was easy. We found our parking and unit easily too. I was a little hesitant to transfer the RM200 deposit (heard too many horror Homestay stories). Anyway I got my deposit back on time as promised. Overall we had a comfortable stay. Near to the shops we wanted to go to. "

Wonderful Stay at Courtyard by Marriott Melaka

"Stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Melaka for 3D2N with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was exquisite, offering a wide variety of options, from local dishes to international favorites, satisfying everyone's tastes. A big thank you to the staff, especially Mr. Azan and Mr. Hilmi for their exceptional service. Although I didn’t catch all their names, every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time, particularly in managing my children, which we really appreciated. The pool was a great place for relaxation and family fun, making it a wonderful way to spend our downtime. Overall, our stay was amazing, and we definitely plan to return in the future. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, great service, and a fun, relaxing experience."

"Over all is good. I like their sky lounge,where you will able to view the half of the Melaka view. The snack (Korean spicy fried chicken wing) is tasty. One of the staff by the name of Amanda, she is really doing a good job. She is a polite, calm and patient person. She always keeps her smile on her face. For the buffet breakfast, I think the management really need to put some effort on it. There are alot more to improve. "

"Hotel environment and the hygiene was good and excellent just the front desk reception was not honest, claim that already inform the car owner need to scratch the coupon for parking during check in, but for me is that is no inform during the check and they did not provide or offer the parking coupon and the next day vehicles is getting the saman, and after the reception only ask me to purchase parking coupon for RM 6 Reception is asking car plate number, since we choose your hotel for staying you should give a hand help for the parking coupon, as a tourist we did know that malacca is using parking coupon For me if you did inform during check-in time, I should have the parking coupon and scratch before morning and just put in front of car. "
