Parti comuni e camere pulite ma non quanto ci si asetterebbe da un 4 stelle superior (lenzuola stropicciate, asciugamani parzialmente lisi); sistema di aereazione e condotte acqua molto rumorosi (costantemente). Personale altamente professionale ma piuttosto freddo e sbrigativo (probabilmente per l'alta affluenza di clienti dovuta anche alla presenza sella SPA)."

"Friendly service at check in and check out, close to public transport, though Riga has some well documented issues with drunk people at night around the station I was well out of earshot with a 3rd floor room, courtyard window & air con. Free wifi was frustratingly slow and kept losing it, but I had issues all over Latvia which surprised me as they have some of the fasted internet speeds in Europe apparently. Free fridge and kettle, ample storage space. Excellent value overall."

"Very nice hotel. HOWEVER perhaps due to short staffing there seemed to be trouble serving breakfast. On each of the 3 mornings I was there there was a problem with the coffee machine and on the Sunday morning the waitresses struggled with the orders and one of them was not very professional or polite I’m afraid. The rest of the service and stay was great so it’s a shame for this to be an exception. "
